How to make an appointment?

How do I know my appointment is booked?

Your appointment is NOT confirmed until you receive a written confirmation message from us. You will also receive a reminder of your appointment 4-6 days prior to your scheduled time and date. As a courtesy to us, please respond so we know you are still coming.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hour notice via Instagram, Facebook text:708-320-1587 or email:zoyasnails@gmail.com. If you cancel after our 48 hour cancellation window, you will be charged 75% of the service cost.

What happens if Zoya's Nails cancels my appointment?

If your appointment is confirmed and we cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will give you 50% off your next service.

What if I’m running late or need to cancel at the last moment?

10 minutes late *maximum* to your appointment, you will be accepted (please let us know ahead so we can make proper adjustments to our schedule).
15 minutes late is still acceptable but we will no longer be able to do any nail art or fix any broken or cracked nails, one color manicure will be accepted (we book clients back to back so we need to stick to schedule).
15+ minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 75% of the service cost - neither of us wants to do this, so please leave a few minutes early to accomodate for parking and traffic or any other unexpected delays.
Last minute cancellations, no shows, cancellations the night before morning appointments (8:00-11:00am) will be charged 75% of the service cost.

We accept cash, Zelle and Venmo App payment (it’s free!). There is no ATM machine nearby so be sure to come prepared. If you are paying cash, please bring extra in case your total comes out to more than originally planned - due to nail art, special requests, etc. ** We do NOT accept personal checks, PayPal

What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday CLOSED

What if regular business hours don’t work for me?

We value your time and needs so we have an after-hours option for our clients. Please send us your request and we will work with you to make you happy. The earliest appointment we take is 6:00am and latest is 7:00pm, for an additional $25/hour fee.

Where can I park?

We do not offer complimentary parking, please DO NOT park on the buildings private parking lot (the property owner will tow your car and we don’t want for that to happen). Please find street parking and read signs carefully.

Can I bring family kids, family members, friends or pets to my appointment?

To keep our space safe, peaceful and productive we ask you not to bring anyone to your appointment. This is your selfcare time, so let’s use it to relax and unwind. Less distractions, means more productivity!

What if I change my mind about the service(s) I booked?

If you decide to change the service that you booked, we ask that you tell us way in advance. Since we dedicate a specific amount of time to each service and plan around that time, making changes shifts our schedule completely. In case you still decide to remove one of the services from your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the charged service. Example: you have manicure and pedicure booked but now you only have time for manicure. We will still charge you 50% of the pedicure cost that we have you booked and confirmed for. If you are booked for a gel polish manicure + nail art and cancel your nail art, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Do you do fake nails/extensions or acrylic nails?

Yes, we do polygel/acrygel extensions.

Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes, you can purchase our Gift Cards at the Salon or Online.
