We love what we do and our goal is to make our clients happy. To make it easy and enjoyable for both of us, there are several rules we ask our clients to follow. We appreciate all of YOU!
BOOKING
Our goal is to make all of you happy. Unfortunately due to high inflow of appointment requests, please keep in mind that we respond and book on a FCFS basis. This means that sometimes you will not get the appointment you originally requested because someone else might have already booked it. This is not personal and is only done to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently. To ensure you get the date and time you want most, please read our policy and respond in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!
•When booking, we ask that you provide us with desired date, time, location, technician, service(s), any nail art add-on (if desired) and photo of your nails so we can for the time it will take us to service you
•We only book 1 month in advance and month to month. We open our next months booking around every 10th of the months (for more info follow Instagram @zoyas_nails_ we always update our schedule there)
•Your appointment is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation text from us
•Allow us 24/48 hours to reply to your requests throughout all platforms
•New clients prepay their first visit while booking (due to many no shows and last minute cancellations)
•If the only date that works for you is booked, we do not have a waiting list. We post all our cancellations and openings on Instagram daily, it’s FCFS.
LATE ARRIVALS
•10 minutes late *maximum* to your appointment, you will be accepted (please let us know ahead so we can make proper adjustments to our schedule).
•15 minutes late is still acceptable but we will no longer be able to do any nail art or fix any broken or cracked nails, one color manicure will be accepted (we book clients back to back so we need to stick to schedule).
•15+ minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 75% of the service cost - neither of us wants to do this, so please leave a few minutes early to accomodate for parking and traffic or any other unexpected delays.
•If you booked for art and decided last minute not to do it or running late for your appointment and we no longer have time to do your art you will be still charged 50% for your art.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
•If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hour notice via Instagram, text or email. If you cancel after our 48 hour cancellation window, you will be charged 75% of the service cost
•Last minute cancellations, no shows, cancellations the night before morning appointments (8:00-11:00am) will be charged 75% of the service cost
•Cancellation fee must be paid prior to rescheduling
•New clients cancellation: we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will not be refunded.
•If you are sick, please notify us to reschedule as soon as symptoms arise. If you fail to give us notice and show up to your appointment we will send you away and charge you 75% fee from the service cost
•Cancellation by us: If your appointment is confirmed and we cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will give you 50% off your next service.
•Last minute cancellations or any availabilities you may find at the last minute,which are canceled in less than 48hr, are still charged 75% from the service cost.
VISITING RULES
•To keep our space safe, peaceful and productive we ask you not to bring anyone to your appointment. This is your selfcare time, so let’s use it to relax and unwind. Less distractions, means more productivity!
•DO NOT HEAD TO THE MANICURE ROOMS RIGHT AWAY! We disinfect our area after every client. Because of that, we ask that when you arrive you send us a text and wait in the waiting area. One of our technicians will come to grab you as soon as we are ready.
•If you are sick and you show up to your appointment, not only will we send you away, make you reschedule but we will also charge you 75% fee from the service booked
•To keep our space clean, please do not bring food to your appointment
PAYMENT
•Have payment ready, we accept cash, Zelle and Venmo app (it’s free!)
•There is no ATM machine nearby so be sure to come prepared. If you are paying cash, please bring extra in case your total comes out to more than originally planned - due to nail art, special requests, etc.
•We do NOT accept personal checks, PayPal
